It is hard to believe that school will be out next week and that we are coming to the close of our 2024 grad season here in Calgary. Last week we got to meet and photograph the Beamin family here is our amazing local park, Griffith Woods. This photoshoot was booked to celebrate Carter’s major milestone of graduating high school. The Beamin family used it as a great opportunity to get updated family photos of the whole crew. It seems like we have been waiting forever for warmer weather to start in earnest this spring. On this evening we managed to get a few hours of beautiful, perfect light.
As we moved through the park to a few of our favorite locations, this family was willing to try some of our advanced posing. Chantel and Ryan are so easy to photograph. When mom smiles, you can see who the boys get there big beautiful smiles from. I love the connection that is so evident between this mom and her sons in their photos. We had fun with Carter too, catching him in some typical teenage poses. Thank you also Cale for being a great sport throughout the shoot.
